Spa Etiquette

To make your visit more enjoyable and for the comfort of others, we ask that you observe the following.

 

Bookings

Group and couples bookings are to be made well in advance to secure additional therapists if required. A deposit of 25% is required (refundable with sufficient notice of cancellation)

Appointments

Please arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a client information card (if attending for the first time) Late arrivals may unfortuately result in a shortened treatment time.

Cancellations

Please give a days notice of cancellation for regular appointments and two days notice for group or couples bookings.

Mobile Phones

Please switch off or have on silent.

Children

Due to the tranquil nature of the centre we ask that you make childcare arrangements for young children during your visit.

What to Wear

Comfortable, everyday clothing. Robes, slippers and disposable underwear is provided for spa body treatments, couples packages and groups.

Parking

There is limited parking available at the front and rear of the premises, and we are just a short stroll from the main street.
